This Privacy Policy explains how Estilo+ (CNPJ 64.363.692/0001-15), hereinafter “Estilo+”, the “platform” or “we”, collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of people who use our services. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here. We process personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

1. Who we are

Estilo+ is an online management and booking platform for businesses in the beauty sector (salons, barbershops, aesthetic clinics, tattoo studios and similar). We act as controllers of the registration data of business owners and of clients who use the platform directly with us. With respect to the data a business records about its own clients and appointments, Estilo+ acts as a processor, handling the data on the business's behalf.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the service to work:

• Registration data: name, email, phone and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Business data: business name, category, address, location (latitude/longitude), opening hours, logo and images.
• Billing data: for paid subscriptions, we collect a CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian taxpayer ID), which our payment processor requires to issue the charge. We do not store full credit card data. That data is handled directly by the payment processor.
• Booking data: services, professionals, dates, times and the contact information of the client who books.
• Technical data: information needed for authentication and security, such as access logs and sign-in attempts.

3. How we use the data

• To create and manage your account and your business;
• To enable online bookings between clients and businesses;
• To process subscriptions and payments for the platform's plans;
• To send operational notifications (confirmations, reminders and summaries) by email and WhatsApp;
• To show businesses in clients' searches;
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and unauthorized access;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that are essential for the platform to work, and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processor: to generate charges and manage subscriptions (receives name, email, phone and CPF/CNPJ);
• Email and messaging provider: to send notification emails and WhatsApp messages;
• Hosting and storage providers: to keep the application and images online;
• Competent authorities: when required by law or court order.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage mechanisms that are strictly necessary to keep you securely signed in, for the platform to work, and to remember your appearance and language preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect how the service works.

6. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password encryption, communication over a secure connection (HTTPS), access control and protection mechanisms against intrusion attempts. No system is 100% immune, but we work continuously to reduce risks.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active or for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of this policy and legal obligations. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires it to be kept for longer.
